Welcome to the STC Bunch!

For more than a decade the Slow Time Control Bunch has provided a place for online chess players who prefer a slower game to meet and take part in tournaments.

There are many opportunities to play blitz games online, but if you're interested in playing more thoughtful games in which each player has an hour or more for their moves, then this is the place for you!

We organize slow tournaments, advertise tournaments run by others and membership is free!

We can be found in channel 90 on the FICS and ICC servers, so why not join, introduce yourself, and meet some of the hundreds of other members, from all over the world, of the STC Bunch!

To complete your registration you must enter your handle for one of the 2 servers and your current standard rating. If these are missing, the registration will be deleted.
